BRING YOUR EXPERTISE RRCKRN is a reading tutorial initiative at over 60 elementary schools in Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) designed to accelerate the reading progress of Grade 2 students at risk for reading proficiency. With your help, 15 students at over 60 schools will improve their reading skills as a result of one-on-one tutoring with Reading Together tutorial materials.
WHAT Help Grade 2 students increase their reading skills and achieve grade level reading proficiency by the end of the school year.
WHO Students in Grade 2 at over 60 elementary schools with the highest percentage of family poverty and English Language Learners (ELL).

QUALIFICATIONS
- Desire to work with young children
- Interest in tutoring a student in reading
- Willingness to attend two 1 hour training sessions during the school year
- Ability to make a commitment of one hour a week for 25 weeks
