Carol Croll Executive Director of Interages. She is the primary spokesperson for the agency and is responsible for general administration, financial management, human resources, new program development, communications, fundraising and strategic planning. Ms. Croll has served more than 25 years as a leader in the field of education. For the past 15 years she has been a Director and innovator of educational programs for non-profits. Her skills in strategic planning, marketing, curriculum and program development as well as team building and staff development were applied in the successful launch of the B'nai Shalom of Olney Nursery School in Olney , MD. Under her leadership, the school achieved accreditation by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) as well as numerous other awards and recognition. As Director of the Geneva Day School in Potomac , MD , she promoted the school through newspaper and TV coverage while leading and developing a multi-cultural workforce. She collaborated with the Center for Outreach in Education (CORE) to help children with special needs. She also sponsored mentoring programs through the University of Maryland (Junior Intern program) and Montgomery County Public Schools (Career Child Development Intern Program). Ms. Croll received her BA degree in Education from Rowan University and is a member of NAEYC, the Organization of Childcare Directors of Montgomery County (OCCD), and the Association for Childhood Education International (ACEI).
